Introduction


We have been living in a difficult situation for 3 years because of the CORONA virus, and we are in dire need of strengthening our immune system and paying attention to our diet.


We have been in a difficult situation for two consecutive years due to CORONA virus, and we need to strengthen our immune system more than ever before. One of the most important things to do to protect ourselves is to pay attention to our diet.


So I'm happy to share with you drinks full of high-value nutrients that in turn strengthen immunity to the virus and any colds as well, and for me they are part of my routine and I don't give up on them:


1- Immunity dose recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • half a lemon
  • tablespoon honey
  • Half a clove of garlic
  • 3 slices of ginger
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil



How to prepare


  • We grind both garlic and ginger with a pestle or electric machine, until the mixture becomes smooth and easy to drink.
  • Bring a drinking glass and pour the mixture with it.
  • Add turmeric and black pepper to the mixture.
  • We put honey, with the juice of half a lemon.
  • Add olive oil.



Alerts:

It is recommended to drink the dose of immunity before bed and not to have an empty stomach.

You are free to drink it daily or as needed.

The quantities can be controlled by reducing or increasing them.

2 - Golden Milk Recipe


Ingredients:

  •  1/4 teaspoon fenugreek
  •  1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds or ground fennel
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom 
  • Cinnamon stick
  • 3 slices of ginger
  • a little carnation
  • a little anise
  • a little black pepper
  • a little saffron
  • Rose petals (to garnish, if available)
  • 1/2 cup of milk, whether plant or animal
  • 1 cup water



How to prepare


  • Put the water and milk in the tea kettle, or in a saucepan on the stove.
  • Add ginger to them.
  • Add all the ingredients to the mixture except for the cardamom and saffron.
  • Let the mixture boil for 10 minutes on the fire, adding the cardamom in the last minute of boiling.
  • After turning off the fire, we cover it and ferment for another 10 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture using the filter into a cup, and put the saffron and rose petals on the face of the cup for decoration.
